Due to continuous success and growth we are always looking for ambitious, dedicated, and customer focused graduates to join our Graduate Management programme.
You will be able to experience the full operations of our Property Care business from being an Area Sales Surveyor progressing through to Consultant level by exceeding targets and then into to management levels.
Within the Graduate Programme you will experience the following;
First 12-18 months – Cover a dedicated geographical patch as an Area Sales Surveyor selling Peter Cox products and Services as well as account managing existing customers. You will also undertake 4-6 weeks sales training and management development programme.
The next 12-18 months – Cover a dedicated geographical patch as an Area Sales Surveyor selling Peter Cox products and Services as well as account managing existing customers. You will progress through from sales surveyor up to advanced level consultant ensuring you meet all targets in each role. You will also undertake the Aspiring Managers program.
In some cases we have service graduate vacancies where you would take on the role of technician within the field first and then progress through.
To be considered for the position of Graduate Management Trainee, you must have a 2.2 BSc/BA, or higher, in Building surveying or a related subject, with some hands on experience or sales experience.
