The main purpose of this role is to manage the Lincoln Branch and its employees in such a way as to ensure the fulfilment of Peter Cox LTD contractual obligations to its clients and customers and to achieve the agreed annual income and profit.
As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for:
i) monitoring the number of surveys carried out and ratio to work accepted
ii) reviewing the competence and performance of Branch employees and provide advice and training where necessary
iii) monitoring the number and role of Branch employees to ensure that the current and planned future business activity and contractual obligations can be met
iv) ensuring the proper use, maintenance and security of the Company premises, vehicles, equipment, materials and monies and all other property in the Branch
v) following up and dealing effectively and efficiently with any complaints
vi) advising the Managing Director of any changes or events in the Branch area which may significantly affect the Property Care business in any way
vii) advising the Managing Director of any situation which may give rise to claims against the Company or legal action
