    Rentokil Initial, a global Business Services provider, are seeking an ambitious, motivated and enthusiastic individual with either Internal or Agency recruitment experience to join our in-house recruitment team on a permanent full time basis. 

     

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will support the recruitment activity for our Property Services and Specialist Hygiene businesses across the UK. You will be required to work closely with the Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers to identify a selection of potentially suitable candidates for our Sales, Service and Graduate roles.


    Day to day your role will involve:-

    • Taking ownership of the recruitment process and advising managers on the current market and our recruitment processes
    • Direct resourcing using job boards as well as social media
    • Advertising various positions
    • Shortlisting and conducting telephone interviews
    • Building internal relationships with line managers and stakeholders
    • Build recruitment pipeline through various avenues, such as job fairs and business/candidate matching
    • Assist in recruitment related projects and other recruitment requirements

    Qualifications

    To be considered for the Recruitment Assistant position you will ideally have the following;

    • Previous experience within either internal or agency recruitment is desirable but not essential
    • Ideally we would like someone with previous exposure recruiting within a Property or Construction industry
    • Great communication skills both verbal and written
    • Be able to work under pressure
    • Able to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
    • Able to work on your own initiative
    • Able to multi task
