£19,400 (Rising after training) - OTE £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly and driven Technicians or Joiners to serve in our local branches located in Wiltshire/Bristol.areas.

The job of a Property Care Technician:

Day to day we visit customers with a wide range of structural problems. You will carry out timber repairs, treatments and installation of damp proof in both domestic and commercial properties. We use our problem solving talents to determine the most effective solutions, along the way providing the best customer service possible. Every day is different as we deal with a varied range of customer issues.

This job will involve a lot of driving and working on your own, using your own initiative and managing your own time. Whilst you don’t need to be an olympic medalist, our jobs can be sometimes quite physically demanding, e.g crawling/lifting/climbing.Your day will be busy and you will have targets to work towards. This isn’t a typical 9-5 desk job - you will be out and about and working on your own, however a manager will only be a phone call away. Do you have what it takes?

Experience won’t be required as we will provide you with full training for you to be able to hit the ground running, however experience of the timber treatment and damp proofing industry or Joinery skills would be preferred. To be considered you will need:

• Full UK Driving License
• Can do attitude, and be able to use your own initiative in tricky situations
• Customer Service Skills
• Great communication skills
• To be keen, enthusiastic and friendly
• CSCS accreditation advantageous however not essential

Whilst our technicians come from a range of different backgrounds, we find most of our technicians have previously worked as joiners, labourers, ex military, maintenance technicians, utilities technicians, handymen, constructions workers, plasterers and carpenters.
