We are currently seeking a professional, dedicated and driven individual to join our team as an Administrator in our Leicester branch.
Give support for the Branch Secretary and other Branch administration employees. This may include:
Adhere to the requirements of the Rentokil Initial plc and the Property Care & Insurance Health and Safety and Environment policy statements
Ensure that the Property Care & Insurance Safety Regulations are met both on a personal level and in relation to other members of staff and any other people with whom they may come into contact
To support the Property Care Branch administration in such a way to ensure it is an effective and efficient operation
The ideal candidate for this Administration role will:
Possess previous administrative experience with good IT skills and be a proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be able to work on your own initiative, but also be a good team player; in addition to have the ability to work well under pressure.
You will also have a professional and confident telephone manner with a strong ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with the team, internal and external customers.
