As a result of our continued success and to aid with future plans we are now have an exciting opportunity in our Liverpool Call Centre for a Customer Service Administrator
Reporting to the Call Centre Manager the successful individual will provide full customer service and administrative support to the Call Centre department. You will have the confidence and ability to communicate with customers on a daily basis and use your initiative to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
You will be accountable for co-ordinating, managing and prioritising all administrative duties on our in-house databases and systems.
We offer a competitive salary of £15,000 and a target related bonus.
This is a full time, permanent position with 37.5 hours to be worked over the following shifts:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - 10:30am - 7pm
Saturday - 9:00am - 4:00pm
